This is a fantastic gym with knowledgeable coaches. I could not be happier to be part of the LCBJJ family right now.
All the coaches are very attentive and detailed with their instructions. All the coaches are experienced BJJ practitioners and competitors who care about you and your goals.
I would recommend it to anyone wanting to learn self-defense or get in shape. It’s a great environment to be around.
